Terms of use

The terms for using Draftbill: free to use, provided as is, you remain responsible for the invoices you issue.

Diese Seite ist auf Englisch verfasst.

Using the tool

Draftbill is free to use for personal and business invoices. You may save, print and send the documents you make with it. Do not use the site in a way that disrupts it or tries to read other people’s data.

You are responsible for your invoices

Draftbill helps you build an invoice and checks it against a list of required fields, but it cannot know your circumstances. You are responsible for the content of every invoice you issue, for charging the correct tax, and for meeting the rules that apply to you. See the disclaimer for the limits of the checklist and of the Peppol export.

No warranty

The tool and the guides are provided as they are, without a warranty that they are complete, current or fit for a particular purpose. Tax rates and rules change; each country page shows the date it was last checked against the authority’s page.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that result from using Draftbill, including penalties, rejected invoices or lost tax deductions. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes and contact

We may change the tool and these terms. The date on the pages you read is the date of the version you see. Questions go to jonathan.holmlidh@gmail.com.
