Write to jonathan.holmlidh@gmail.com. Include the country, the page or the invoice setting involved and, for a rate or rule, a link to the official page that shows the current position. Do not send invoices or personal data: Draftbill never receives them, and a screenshot with the amounts blanked out is enough to understand a layout problem.

What to write about

The most useful messages are one of these:

• A VAT rate or a required invoice field that differs from the tax authority’s page.
• A Peppol XML file that your access point or the Peppol validator rejects, with the error text.
• A layout problem in the PDF, with the browser and operating system you use.
• A privacy or cookie question or a request about data. Because Draftbill keeps no data on a server there is nothing to export or erase on our side; the privacy page explains how to clear what is stored in your browser.

What we cannot do

We cannot give tax or legal advice about your own situation, check an invoice you have already sent, or act as your Peppol access point. Ask your accountant or the tax authority of your country for that.
